Added menu and command line option to bypass re-verification
of the Index (PTTSYM.*) files. This can save several minutes
when processing large numbers of quotes.

Added messages in PTT.LOG that detail which raw quote file input
ticker symbols are duplicated.
Added messages in PTT.LOG showing any security files in the
Data Directories that are duplicated.
For PTT Level 1 and higher users:
Made stock split processing "smarter" so that it won't provide
split messages on any security without volume (notably indices).
For PTT Level 1 and higher users:
Added new command line option to ask for a list of security
data file that were not updated as of the highest update
date. This is the "-M" option, e.g.
ptt -M
will create a screen and PTT.LOG report of securities whose
last update date is lower than the highest update date of any
security in the historical data directories.

Added Main Menu "Utilities" menu item for viewing PTT.LOG file,
un-Updated symbols, and contents of a data directory.
Modified title so that it doesn't scroll on un-Updated list.
